When you’re done editing, just click the Instant Fix button again to close the panel. In the main Organizer window, click the Media tab near the top of the screen (if it’s not already selected), and then click the Instant Fix button at the bottom right of the window to see a panel of editing options. In this chapter, you’ll learn how (and in which order) to use the Quick Fix tools. These presets are great if you need extra help-just pick one of them as a starting point and work from there. And Adobe has made it super easy to decide just what to do to an image by adding a number of presets to the adjustments you’ll learn about them on Using Presets. You can even add text or crop your photo. You also get two tools-the Selection Brush and the Quick Selection tool-that let you easily change specific areas of photos.īesides letting you make general fixes, the Quick Fix window also makes it a snap to whiten teeth and fix blemishes in a photo. Also, the window’s Vibrance, Temperature, and Tint sliders can come in handy for advanced color tweaking, like finessing the overall color of an otherwise finished photo. If you want to get back to the Quick Fix, just click the word “Quick” at the top of your screen.Įven if you do know what you’re doing, you may still find yourself using the Quick Fix window to tweak things like shadows and highlights because it gives you a handy before-and-after view as you work.

When you finish in Create, you’ll be in Expert mode. (There’s more about sharing photos on Organizer Slideshows.) If you want to use your photos in a Create project ( Chapter 15), just click the Create button (also in the window’s upper right) and choose a project. Just click the Share button at the upper right of the window. Speed dial had a lot of info so I only took two screen shots 1 at the beginning and one at the end.You can also share your photos right to Facebook, Twitter, Revel, and a few other popular sites right from Quick Fix. I have included 3 pictures of my about:config one searching newtab and the other two are searching speeddial. Does anyone know how I can make speed dial return? While I was in about:config I looked around (didn't change anything else though as I don't want to mess anything up) and I found speed dial there. The next time I opened firefox my new tab again had recent sites I visited and both booleans were still set to false. I went to about:config and double clicked on .enabled, and to set them to false but that just made my new tabs blank. I read another question about this here titled "How can I restore my old home screen in Quantum? I miss my speed dial." and they said that fixed worked but it did not for me. I saved many sites there and some I really need to find. Firefox updated and I can no longer find speed dial.
